Our Story
Dreams Do Come True!
Pal's Island Kitchen was inspired by my time spent with my mother growing up.

My mom owned and operated a cook shop in Faith's Pen, St. Ann, Jamaica for for nearly 2 decades. I spent my early years with her in that kitchen watching and learning, that's where meals made with love all began and my dream of operating my own restaurant was conceived.

At Pal's Island Kitchen we strongly believe that we eat with our senses: what we see, smell, and feel and last taste. The way we present our meal is what tempts viewers to try a dish.
